Stacking values in Zwolle.

This was one of the first projects built. It has a very positive impact for users and the offices and other stakeholders of the city of Zwolle. This commercial project combines the needs of EV charging users working at offices and also creates extra charging possibilities with renewable solar energy for local residents and visitors. The convenience of dry and shaded parking is well recognised. In early 2022 the Grid congestion surprised us. It refers to the overloading of electricity networks, typically in the transmission or distribution systems, where the demand for energy exceeds the capacity of the grid infrastructure to deliver it effectively.

Together with Energiefonds Overijssel and MyOffice, a lot of rethinking had to be done during that period, to supply My Office's office building, and a new charging plaza with locally generated green power. Despite many challenges the project is finally complete.
